Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Benoa Swim, so we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners intact to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Suit

  Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and brand tags are securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card for store credit or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
